Stock ItemsAll stock items are backed by our 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason, upon receipt of your order, you are not satisfied with the quality of your item(s), you may return it to us, in new condition, for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. If the product fails to meet your performance expectations, we may, at our sole discretion replace the product or refund the purchase price.
Custom-printed Items
Because of their one-of-a-kind nature, custom-printed items are generally non-returnable. However, if we make a mistake and print something other than the proof approved by the client, we will reprint the item or refund the purchase price at the client's discretion. In the event that the product does not meet the client's expectations of performance, we may, at our sole discretion replace the product or refund the purchase price. Return shipping charges are not covered by this guarantee. As a practical matter, we have never had a custom printed product returned due to performance not meeting the client's expectations.
The above refund policies constitute our entire warranty. There are no additional warranties either expressed or implied.
FederalFlags.com Privacy Policy
Like most website operators, FederalFlags.com collects
non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and
servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language
preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor
request. FederalFlags.com’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying
information is to better understand how FederalFlags.com’s visitors use its
