I have wanted a quality flagpole from the day I moved in 16 years ago. After much research I decided on Federal Flags. My Sweetie Pie and I installed our 25' sectional flagpole. We asked a serving Air National Guard soldier to be the first one to raise the American flag on it. We love it and are deeply satisfied.

My problem is I received the order timely but had to wait for a contractor to properly install it. The second day they arrived(concrete had to cure on the base) while following PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS ENCLOSED it was realized a base plate was NOT in the order although IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Upon calling the office I was informed it was NOT part of the package but they would gladly send one for ANOTHER $50 plus. Instructions were deceptive and bad business. Although I'm very satisfied with the product so far, due to THAT fact I would not refer the company. It resulted in a delay and ANOTHER trip by the contractor and I assume a higher bill from the contractor.
