Warranties
6-Month Limited Warranty for Flags
- Warranty Coverage
This 6-Month Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Federal Flags, LLC ("Manufacturer") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the flag ("Product"). The Manufacturer warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase under normal use and conditions.
- Warranty Period
This Warranty begins on the date of purchase and continues for six (6) months.
- Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
- Damage resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to, severe weather conditions such as hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters.
- Damage resulting from misuse of the flag, including but not limited to, flying the flag behind a moving vehicle or any other improper use.
- Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:
- Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
- Contact Federal Flags, LLC at the address given below, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return the defective Product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by Federal Flags, along with the RAN and a description of the defect.
- Manufacturer’s Responsibility
Upon receipt of the returned Product, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the defective Product,
- Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product, or
- Refund the original purchase price of the Product.
- Limitation of Liability
The Manufacturer’s total liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
- Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
- Severability
If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Manufacturer and the Purchaser concerning the warranty of the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
- Modifications
No modification or amendment to this Warranty will be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Manufacturer.
This 6-Month Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.
Lifetime Limited Warranty for Commercial Flagpole Shafts
- Warranty Coverage
This Lifetime Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Federal Flags, LLC ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the commercial flagpole shaft ("Product"). The Company warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product under normal use and conditions.
- Warranty Period
This Warranty begins on the date of purchase and continues for the lifetime of the Product, as long as the Product remains in the possession of the original Purchaser.
- Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
- Damage resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to, severe weather conditions such as hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters.
- Damage resulting from over-flagging, defined as the use of flags that exceed the recommended size and weight for the Product.
- Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:
- Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
- Provide photos of the failed shaft that clearly show the failure point, and the date that the failure occurred.
- Contact Company at info@federalflags.com to begin a warranty claim.
- Company’s Responsibility
Upon receipt of the warranty claim and supporting photos and description, Company will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the defective Product,
- Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product, or
- Refund the original purchase price of the Product, not including shipping.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
- Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
- Severability
If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

1-Year Limited Warranty for Hardware Products
1. Warranty Coverage
This 1-Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Federal Flags, LLC ("Manufacturer") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the hardware product ("Product"). The Manufacturer warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and installation conditions.
2. Warranty Period
This Warranty begins on the date of purchase and continues for one (1) year.
3. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repair.

Damage caused by exposure to corrosive environments, extreme weather (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, or flooding), or acts of God.

Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or any other indirect damages.

Products that have been altered, disassembled, or tampered with in any way.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

Provide valid proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.

Contact Federal Flags, LLC to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return the defective Product, freight prepaid, along with the RAN and a written description of the issue, to the address provided by Federal Flags.
5. Manufacturer’s Responsibility
Upon receiving the defective Product, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the Product,

Replace it with a new or refurbished Product, or
-
Refund the original purchase price of the Product.
This decision will be based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Manufacturer’s total liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
7. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

If any part of this Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Manufacturer and Purchaser regarding the warranty of the Product and supersedes all prior communications and representations.

Any modification to this Warranty must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Manufacturer.
This 1-Year Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.
