The flags that I have purchased at big box stores have always been just printed on a sheet of material with very little stitching around the edges. Your flags are so much better, and I expect will last much longer.
My husband has wanted a flag with 13 stars and he was pleased with his "gift".

My Betsy Ross flag is lovely, I have it in vynil and polyester, I wanted to see the difference in cotton and it's also for indoors. love its softness, weight and texture, as well as it's deep color. I originally ordered two flags and received 1 flag (Betsy Ross 1776=2026 with 2 free copies of Constitution), the website and customer service couldn't give me information on when the 2nd flat (Betsy Ross - original) would ship. The status via the website showed "Unfulfilled" status on the flag yet to be delivered. As nice as the CSR was, she insisted that the order was delivered (Shipment 1 of 2 HAD been delivered by that time), provided the USPS tracking number and encouraged me to follow up with USPS. That encounter was the most frustrating part of this entire order process. I DID later receive the 2nd flag and am very pleased with your products. Please provide additional training to CSR to dig a bit deeper when providing delivering information to customers -- ditto for the chat bot.

My experience with you folks has been great so far. I bought the BR flag to display for 250 and it looks great. However, after the 4th a seam between two of the stripes began to open up. I have attached a picture. I would appreciate a replacement. Thank you. Donald Gilbert
The Betsy Ross flag is nice, but it would have received 5 stars if it was the same material as your modern American flag, a little heavier.
So the flag pole which supposed to spin, does not for some reason the flag keeps getting wound up. Maybe is something I did, but for some reason the top part does not spin as well as the bottom, and it binds and I have to unwind the flag ever other day.

I LOVE MY BETSY ROSS FLAG...THE ONLY THING THAT DISAPPOINTS ME IS THAT IT TWIRLS WITH THE WIND. I HAVE PURCHASED FLAGS IN THE PAST THAT DON'T DO THIS. BUT ALL IN ALL, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT.
