Contacted customer service about returning the flag since it was a gift for my Mother’s birthday and she already has the flag I bought. The response from customer service was…. “What’s wrong with the flag”? (Who responds like that?) At that point it was just easier to keep the flag and throw it up in the closet than to deal with the return. I would have preferred to exchanging it or for the return to be honored. I won’t ever place another order. God Bless USA! 🇺🇸

The flag pole was a birthday gift, and I installed it myself using the instructions in the box. I am 78 so don't worry if you think you are too old to install one. The top flag is the Betsy Ross 1776-2026 flag with the bottom being the standard USA flag. I installed a solar unit that lights the flags all night so I can leave them up. I am very happy with the flags as they add so much to my home.
