My family and my neighborhood are smitten by my (your) NEW! Americana Pleated Cotton Fan with Stars I purchased. I stopped by your website to purchase two additional sets and found to my despair that they are no longer available. I wrote to your customer service to inquire if your company would be restocking these. Your AI generated customer service rep wrote back saying that it would put me in touch with the appropriate to get the answer. As of this writing, I have not received a reply to my question from an authorized Federal Flags customer service representative. Would you kindly let me know if you will be restocking these? Please put me at the top of your contact list if you are.

Love the buntings I ordered. They’re vibrant and beautiful! However, I wish they didn’t cup/curl at the bottom when hung. They’re not taut so I don’t think it’s user error?

The flag wld be better pid the emblem was on both sides..not backwards on the opposite side.

A flag must hang with the stars upper left whether vertical or horizontal. I specifically ordered this flag to hang vertically from my deck. Because the “250” is printed only on one side it’s the wrong image when flown vertically. Every high quality flag that I ever purchased was two sided. Be careful because this one isn’t. The company said they would return the money but not pay for shipping. They said it’s not their fault. For the price which was expensive they should fabricate a two sided flag because if you fly this one on a flag pole the flip side is upside down and backwards. Also for 5 cents set an extra grommet. I cant wait to exchange it so I put in an extra grommet and it’s ok.
I am still waiting on a replacement of two faulty flags I received over 2 weeks ago. The communication has been less than stellar with the last communication not being responded to for more than a week. I feel like someone dropped the ball at my expense. Hopefully a followup email today will get that ball rolling again. However, I refuse to buy a flag NOT made in America.
