I purchased the flag but I didn't know it came with a wooden pole and a mounting bracket as well. So that is why I purchased a flag pole holder as well which I didn't need

I had a hard time finding a swivel top for my flagpole top that is 1.5 diameter.

Ordered a flag for my mom to celebrate our 250th and help her honor my dad who passed away and was a lifetime member of the Air Force. Some how the order never made it to the shipper and the 4th of July came and went. I got an email asking me how I enjoyed my experience and I wrote back that my order never showed and I was unhappy. They responded the next day and got my order out and included two really nice hats, an apology, and a discount. Great company

The first order I made a mistake and had to return the flag. I reordered the correct flag size 5x8 3hole. When it arrived, it had only two holes and we were unable to raise the flag. Our maintenance person was able to make another hole with a grommet, so we did not have to through the process of returning the flag and reordering. All in all, I found the product fantastic and would purchase again.
Enjoying them from over the 4th weekend.
