Absolutely LOVE my 25' Ultra Heavy Duty residential flagpole. Bought it last Fall but installation got delayed until this Spring... but I got it up in time for our nation's 250th! Great product, great customer service (I had a minor issue that was resolved quickly), and a proud addition to my home. :-)
Received it when they said and looks great
Banner was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Love the product. I couldn't help but stare after I installed it and in the days that followed. Customer service was excellent. Any questions I had were addressed. It was great dealing with Bobby. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

Wish i could upload a picture because this flag pole is a beauty! Very pleased with my purchase & excited to show our American Pride to all the neighbors !
Customer service was great. Banner was a pleasure to work with. The trolley that came with the pole was not the right size and a replacement was sent.
This flag pole is horrible the holes for the rope cleat were drilled in the wrong spot. I called and the gentleman I talked to just said drill news ones and fill the old ones with JB weld which I did . He never offered sending a new one with the right holes . We installed the flag pole and the joints were very loose, the directions stated to use soap or telecom pounder to easy then to gather no need they literally fell into place with a ton of play. We finally put a flag on it yesterday with about 15 mph winds, the flag pole look as if it’s going to fall apart . We took the flag off with worries it might break and hit the house . We reinstalled the flag this morning and with just 5 mph to 10 mph you can see how much it’s moving in the video . I will be requesting either a full refund or a new one if this one is believed to be defective. Also my neighbor bought a 100 $ harbor freight one and the same wind yesterday it was barely moving at all with same size flag . I will be calling in the tomorrow morning and hope we can have fix for this embarrassment of purchase from a USA made product.
The ball for the top of the pole came smashed. There is no cleat to tie rope to so I had to order a rope kit from Amazon to get the cleat. The pole structure feels very loose and wobbly. For the price of the purchase I was expecting at least all of the parts to come and not broken.
